MIUE start-up institute, as the first professional research entrepreneurship, was established in the Great Hall of People on 9th November, 2006. The institute is an experimental institute under the start-up education instruction of Mayor Liu Qi, depend on its own advantages and social support, integrate the wide resource, insist on the principal that not rely merely on one’s educational level, professional title, career experience or social status. On the first July of 2006, Ji Shiying wrote a report to Mayor Liu Qi on set up start-up education project system, on fifth we received the instruction of Xu Jialu, standing member of Beijing Municipal Committee and party secretary of Beijing Education Committee, on practicing Liu Qi’s direction: we should take the start-up education as part of the public education and can choose a experimental unit. Start-up institute was composed by two research parts, one is Chinese character entrepreneurship research group which leaded by Ji Shiying, mainly study oriental start-up ideas and practice; the other is western entrepreneurship group which leaded by Mr. Mundell, mainly research western entrepreneurship’s development, origination, theory and advanced subjects. Besides this, the institute set up special group which research start-up training quality. Start-up will follow abroad and home academic prime, stress Chinese characters, make innovative and creative courses internationalization, modernization, specialization and practice.
